Briefing

Crew members benefit from self-service briefing H24 available in the General Aviation Terminal.

Self-Briefing Office enables:

• filing a flight plan
• TAF / METAR accession 
• FPL status accession

On request, meteorological consultation can be obtained by telephone from the associated aerodrome meteorological office (+40 (021) 203 21 53).

Meteorological documentation will include:

• Route significant weather phenomena map (alternate, for external VFR flights, GAMET message list will be provided);
• Maps forecasting wind and temperature;
• Meteorological observation posts and aerodrome forecasts for the departure, destination and reserve aerodromes;
• SIGMET or AIRMET messages on the appropriate route.
